A Message from Hannah:
Many people carry emotional wounds that were never fully understood or given space to heal. Trauma, chronic stress, grief, anxiety, relationship difficulties, and early life experiences can quietly shape the way we see ourselves and connect with others. Seeking therapy can feel vulnerable — especially when you have spent years carrying things alone. My approach is rooted in creating a safe, reflective space where you can explore deeper emotional patterns, develop insight, strengthen resilience, and move toward meaningful healing and personal growth. If you are ready to better understand yourself, your relationships, and your experiences, therapy can be a meaningful place to begin. I offer evening and weekend appointments, both in-person and virtually, to support flexibility and accessibility for every client. I look forward to connecting with you.
