A safe, judgment-free space for teens to talk through stress, anxiety, mood changes, and life transitions. Meet in person in Warren or online anywhere in Michigan.

Between school pressure, friendships, social media, identity, and family changes, adolescence can feel overwhelming. Many teens don’t have the words for what they’re feeling. They just know something feels off.
Our teen therapists meet young people where they are. We build trust first, then help teens understand their emotions, handle stress, and feel more confident in who they are.
Teens are more likely to open up when they feel respected rather than lectured. Sessions are collaborative: your teen sets much of the agenda, and their therapist helps them notice patterns, name feelings, and try new ways of coping.
Our therapists look beyond surface behavior to what’s driving it, such as the pressure they feel, relationships that hurt, or experiences they haven’t processed. When teens understand themselves better, changes in mood and behavior tend to last.
We involve parents in a way that protects the trust your teen builds in therapy. You’ll be part of the start of treatment and periodic check-ins, and we’ll always tell you if there’s a safety concern.
We also offer child therapy for younger kids and family therapy when the whole household needs support.
Our office at 25900 Dequindre Rd. in Warren is an easy drive from Madison Heights, Hazel Park, Sterling Heights, Roseville, Eastpointe, St. Clair Shores, and Fraser. Virtual sessions are available anywhere in Michigan.
If you or someone you love is in crisis or having thoughts of self-harm, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or call 911 right away.
Our licensed therapists use a psychodynamic, depth-oriented approach that helps you understand the roots of what you’re feeling, not just manage symptoms.
